红外吸收光谱基团频率影响因素的验证

摘    要:分子中化学键的振动并不是孤立的,而是受分子中其他部分,特别是相邻基团的影响,有时还会受到溶剂、测定条件等外部因素的影响。因此在分析中不仅要知道红外特征谱带出现的频率和强度,而且还应了解影响它们的因素,只有这样才能正确进行分析。特别对于结构的测定往往可以根据基团频率的位移和强度的改变,推断产生这种影响的结构因素。本论文通过实验对影响吸收频率的一部分内部因素进行了验证。

Abstract:The vibration of the molecule bond is not isolated,but affected by other parts of the molecule,in particular neighboring groups,and sometimes by the external factors such as solvent,measuring conditions.Therefore,in the analysis of infrared spectra.We need not only to know the frequency and intensity,but also to understand the factors affecting them,which is the only way to analyze it correctly.Especially,we can determine the structure according to the changes of the group's displacement and intensity.This paper verifies parts of the internal factors which affect absorption frequency by experiment.
