高速钢深冷处理工艺规范的选择

摘    要:本文针对淬火,三次回火的W18Cr4V钢进行多种规范的深冷处理,通过组织、性能对比,确认采用慢速、长时间深冷处理强化效果最佳。淬回火态高速钢深冷处理时,残余奥氏体转变不是主要转变过程,大量微细碳化物弥散均匀析出是其强化主要原因。

Abstract:Tish paper deals with many kinds of technical specifications of deep freezing. By contrasting in the structure and property, we think that, when slow speed and long time deep freezing is used, the strengthening effect is best. When the high speed steel is in a quenched and tempered state, the transformation of excess austenite is not the wain process of transformation during deep freezing and uniform precipitation of a great amount of fine carbides is the main cause of strenthening.
