| 摘 要： | 艰难情形是一种较情势变迁更为合理的原则。本文在论述了艰难情形与情势变迁的区别的基础上，指出我国未来统一合同法应引入艰难情形与不可抗力两种原则，在对外签订的长期合同中应订立艰难条款与不可抗力条款。

| Abstract: | Hardship is more reasonable than Change in Circumstance. After stating the differencesbetween these two principles, this paper points out that our future new contract law should introduce Hardship and Force Majure principles. At the same time, we should also introduce theHardship and Force Majure clauses in our long - term contract. |
