论高校激励机制运行中的公平问题

高校要使丰富的人力资源得以充分地利用，就必须建立和健全公平竞争的激励机制，坚持“人的价值高于一切”，合理配置资源，完善分配制度和绩效考评体系，精神激励与物质激励相结合，区别对待教职工不同的需要，合理对待现有人才和引进人才，引导教职工树立正确的公平观。只有这样才能提高教职工工作的自觉性、主动性、创造性，从而促进高等教育事业的发展。
