| 摘 要： | 对神经根型颈椎病的患者,采用多体位推拿手法治疗,与针刺治疗对照组进行疗效比较,观察两组临床疗效。结果经过3个疗程治疗,多体位推拿手法治疗组有效率为94.55%,针刺对照组的总有效率为80.00%,治疗组总有效率和治愈率明显优于对照组。多体位推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,手法简洁、体位灵活,是对中医传统疗法的传承,疗效显著,而且无副作用、安全舒适,值得推广。
