高校图书馆馆员个人知识管理初探

随着知识经济的日益成熟和信息技术的发展,个人知识管理作为一种重要的管理知识的技术和方法已经应用到许多领域。高校图书馆馆员面对激烈的社会竞争,要提高自身的竞争力,尤其需要一种有效的方法对其个人知识进行管理。具体说来,应采取提高其信息素养、注重隐性知识的显性化管理、有效利用个人知识管理工具、完善自身的知识系统架构和构建个人知识管理的双模型结构等有效措施。

A Study on the Individual Knowledge Management of University Librarian

Along with the matureness of knowledge economy and the development of information technology,individual knowledge management,as an important technology and method in management knowledge,has already applied to many fields.Facing the intense social competition,university librarians must enhance their own competitive power and they especially need an effective method to manage their own individual knowledge at the same time.Specifically speaking,the university librarians should take some effective measures including enhancing their information accomplishment,drawing more attention to dominance management of recessive knowledge,effectively using individual knowledge management tool,consummating their own knowledge system construction and constructing double model structure of individual knowledge management.
