PSL多路阀中二通压力补偿阀动态特性研究

摘    要:研究介绍了PSL负载敏感型比例多路阀的结构及工作原理,阐述了二通压力补偿阀在该负载敏感型比例多路换向阀中所起的作用及其结构,通过AMESim仿真软件对PSL负载敏感型比例多路换向阀中的二通压力补偿阀进行了建模和仿真分析,研究了PSL负载敏感型比例多路换向阀中二通压力补偿阀的动态特性,分析了弹簧刚度对系统响应的影响.结果表明:弹簧刚度为80N/mm时,LS油路升压速度低于弹簧刚度为30N/mm时的升压速度,即弹簧刚度越大,系统响应越低.

Abstract:The AMESim simulation software is adopted to conduct the modeling and simulation analysis of the two-way pressure compensation valve in PSL load sensitivity proportional multiway directional control valves,study the dynamic characteristics of the two-way valve,introduce the structure and working princi- ple of the multiway directional control valves, expound the structure and function of the two-way valve, and analyze the influence of spring stiffness on system response. The results show that when spring stiffness is 80 N/mm the LS oil pressure rise rate is lower than when spring stiffness is 30 N/mm,namely the greater spring stiffness is, the lower system response is.
