米非司酮用于葡萄胎吸宫术的临床观察

目的探讨米非司酮在葡萄胎吸宫术中的宫颈扩张和镇痛效果。方法将26例葡萄胎患者按观察组16例,口服米非司酮50 mg,1次/12h,共4次,总量200 mg后行吸宫术;对照组10例直接行吸宫术。结果观察组宫颈评分提高≥5分人数为93%,显著高于对照组的40%（P〈0.05）;观察组服药后宫口可容7-8号扩宫器人数为93%,显著高于对照组的30%（P〈0.05）;观察组吸宫术中术后疼痛评分≤2分为88%,明显高于对照组的30%,两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）;观察组二次清宫术人数为31.25%,与对照组的30%比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论米非司酮葡萄胎术前应用能促进宫颈成熟,减少手术疼痛。

Clinical observation of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine aspiration of hydatidiform mole

Objective：To investigate the effect of mifepristone on dilating cervix uteri and analgesia in uterine aspiration for vesicular mole.Methods： 16 patients in observation group were treated with uterine aspira- tion after taking 50mg mifepristone twice a day for 4 times orally,lO patients in control group only received uterine aspiration. Results： In the observation group, the cervical bishop scores of 15 patiens （15/ 16, 93%） were more than 5, while only 4 patients（4/10, 40%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. The number of patients who could accommodate number 7-8 cervix dilator in the observation group （15/16, 93%） was significant higher than the control group （3/10, 30%）. The number of patients whose postoperative pain score lower than 2（14/16,88%） in the observation group was significant higher than the control group（3/10, 30%）.Conclusion：Mifepristone could promote the maturity of cervix uteri and reduce the postoperative pain.
