黑龙江省是煤炭生产大省,伴随着煤矿山开采产生了资源毁损、地质灾害和环境污染等地质环境问题,治理方法主要有土地复垦、煤矸石综合利用、改变采煤工艺等,矿山公园建设是一种对矿山地质环境的综合治理,它可以使资源枯竭而关闭的矿井得到永续利用,促进煤炭资源型城市经济转型.

THE RESEARCH OF HEILONGJIANG ROCKS PARTY BUILDING AND GEOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEALING-Take the coal rocks of four coal- resources city as example

Heilongjiang province has great productivity of coal,with the development and exploitation of coal rocks,some geology environment problems had brought,for example,the resources broken,geological calamity and environment pollution.The main dealing methods have soil recovery,coal rock comprehensive utility and change the process of exploitation coal.In the same time,building the rock party is another comprehensive dealing with the geology environment of coal rocks,which made the closen rock-wells,because of resources depletion,ever-utility to promote the economic conversion of coal-resources city.
