摘    要:泵轴封的外漏和内泄对泵效率和功耗有直接影响,本文介绍了一种新型自润滑复合材料——填充PEC的主要机械物理性能以及该材料用作泵的密封填料的试用情况。结果袁明,填充PEC材料性能优良,密封效果好,基本上解决了泵的内泄和外漏问题,满足了使用要求。图1,表4,参5。

Abstract:The paper discusses that efficiency and power loss is affected because axis-sealing of the pump has leaking out, and introduces machinery-physical properties of a new self-lubricating composite materials (PACKING PIFE Ekonol and graphite) and circumstances of it It is shown that the PACKING PEC has good properties and bring sealing into effect. The question of pump leaking out is usually solved, so that it gives satisfaction to use. 1fig., 4tabs., 5refs.
