摘    要:目的:研究不同强度有氧训练16周对高血压患者血压及血浆内皮素-1的影响规律.方法:26名原发性高血压患者经预试验后随机分为两组,分别进行中等强度的持续有氧练习(CE组)和较大强度的间歇有氧练习(IE组)16周,分别于训练前、后期测定安静血压及外周血浆内皮素-1.结果:经16周的练习两组高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压均显著降低(P0.05),但CE组对脉压差的影响不明显(P0.05),IE组则可以使脉压差明显下降(P0.05);CE组的训练后血浆内皮素-1浓度下降(P0.05),IE组训练后血浆内皮素-1浓度显著下降(P0.01),两组间存在明显差异(P0.05).结论:高血压患者对较大强度的有氧练习适应良好,训练后血压下降,血浆内皮素-1的浓度下降.高血压患者进行较大强度的有氧练习是可行并有效的.

Abstract:The study was undertaken to investigate the rule of blood pressure and plasma ET-1 changes of hypertension patients by doing different aerobic exercises.Methods: Randomly select 26 hypertensions and grouped two groups,the CE group who trained with moderate intensity aerobic training and the IE group trained with higher intensity aerobic training for 16 weeks.we observed the changes of SBP,DBP,PP,plasma ET-1 between before and after 16 weeks training.Results: After 16 weeks training,the SBP,DBP of all subjects declined significantly(P0.05),there is no significantly change in PP in CE group(P0.05),but is significantly declined in IE group.There is a significant decline in plasma ET-1 in CE group(P0.05),and significant decline in plasma ET-1 in IE group(P0.01).There is a significant difference in CE and IE group(P0.05).Conclusion: Hypertensions can accommodate to higher intensity aerobic exercise successfully,their blood pressure and plasma ET-1 declined after 16 weeks train.It is feasible and effective to train with higher intensity aerobic exercise.
