| Abstract: | In this paper, a new method for fluorometric determination of traceamounts of indium has been proposed. Butyl rhodamine B reacts withInBr_4~- to from a ternary ion-association extraction. This is a simple,rapid, comparatively sensitive method, which is used to determine traceamount of indium in samples with satisfactory results. The effect ofdiverse ions was also studied. |
