| 摘 要： | 随着微电子机械系统和集成光学等应用的发展,铁电厚膜及其溶胶-凝胶法的制备越来越受到人们的关注.结合研究组的科研工作,介绍了铁电厚膜溶胶-凝胶法的制备过程以及采取的一些措施,并对铁电厚膜研究中的一些主要相关问题进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | Ferroelectric thick films have intrigued more and more interest with the development of microelectromechanical systems(MEMS) and integrated optics,etc.Among various methods for ferroelectric thick film preparation,sol-gel technique has been thought a very promising one.Coupled with our research results,both the preparation techniques for sol-gel technique and some important measures are explained.Moreover,some important research fields for ferroelectric thick films are discussed. |
