基于SVPWM的Z源三电平逆变器升压能力分析

摘    要:单级结构的Z源三电平中点钳位式逆变器将升压和逆变两个环节结合在一起,结构简单且效率高.文章对这种逆变器的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法进行了分析,指出逆变器在这种脉宽调制方法的作用下升压因子和调制因子存在相互制约的关系,从而限制了电压增益的最大值,影响了逆变器的升压能力,需进一步改进.仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:Single stage Z-source three-level neutral-point-clamped inverter combines voltage-boost and inversion functions, which has the advantages of simple structure and high efficiency. The inverter's space vector pulse width modulation method (SVPWM) is analyzed. Operated under this modulation method, the inverter's boost factor and modulation factor are interaetional. Consequently, the maximum value of voltage gain is limited and the voltage boost capability is affected. The topology or the PWM strategy needs to be improved. Simulation re- sults show that the theoretical analysis results are correct.
