南水北调供应链的水资源配置模型

摘    要:以南水北调工程水资源供应链中的单一节点湖泊作为研究对象,根据我国水资源配置的实际情况,运用供应链管理中的产品分配理论与方法,以水资源综合利用净效益和湖泊收益为目标,建立了南水北调供应链水资源配置的多目标模型。根据水资源配置模型的特点,利用模拟退火混合遗传算法对模型的求解方法进行了探讨。最后,利用算例对模型进行了验证和分析,得出该模型可用于南水北调工程的水资源配置研究。

Abstract:The single node lake in South-to-North Water Transfer Project supply chain is chosen as research object. Based on actual conditions of water collocation in China and the theory of product distribution in SCM, multi-objective model of water collocation of South-to-North Water Transfer Project supply chain is established. Then by using the method of Simulated Annealing Hybrid Genetic Algorithm, the solution of the model is discussed. Finally, the model is validated by demonstration analysis and the conclusion that this model can be applied to water allocation of South-to-North Water Transfer Proiect is concluded.
