| 摘 要： | 用广义阻抗法分析了数控机床进给伺服系统内部的机械耦合关系,提出一种用机械状态反馈实现解耦的新方法,它为数控机床的高性能控制创造了良好的条件。文中还提出,综合应用前馈和解耦机电一体化技术,能提高CNC数控机床的精度。

| Abstract: | The relationship of mechanical coupling in the servo feed system of CNC machine tools is analysed using a generalized impedance method in this paper. A new method is put forward to realize decoupling by way of the mechanical state feedback, which creates a good condition for the high-performance control of CNC machine tools. It is pointed out that the comprehensive application of the mechan-electronic technique of feedforward and decoupling can raise the accuracy of CNC machine tools. |
