摘    要:针对短时电压变动的特征,探讨了基于小波变换的模极大值奇异性的短时电压变动实时检测方法及其实现过程,并利用MATLAB对线路发生短时电压变动进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,利用小波变换模极大值奇异性法,可以实时、精确、有效检测短时电压变动信号发生时间、结束时间和幅值及瞬时值.
