| 摘 要： | 在实现“九五”和２０１０年国民经济奋斗目标的过程中,农业必须率先承担起经济增长方式转变的重任,高度重视农业投资结构在农业增长方式转变中的地位。文中就农业增长方式转变中农业投资的作用,方式及政策进行了初步分析。
