乙烯利对玉米生理效应的研究

摘    要:经乙烯利处理后的玉米植株体内蛋氨酸和乙烯含量聚增,进而对玉米产生一系列生理效应:根系活力和气生根发育增强,根量在土壤深层的分布增多;地上部表现为先受抑后促进;伴随着植株矮化,玉米叶片细胞质膜透性增强和叶绿素降解;由于乙烯利对根系的促进作用,导致玉米生育后期绿叶数相对增多且功能期延长.本文拟将乙烯利对玉米的生理效应分成先后两个阶段——以抑制为主的初级效应和以促进为主的次级效应.

Abstract:A series of physiological effects were produced resulting from increasing in both methionine's and ethylene's contents after ethephon treated maize: with strengthened in both root vitality and brace root development root quantity increased in deeper soil ; when plant height being reduced,leaf cell membrane permeability strengthened but leaf chlorophyll content decreased; Function leaf numbers increased and leaf function phase extented in later growth stage of maize, many of which contributed to promoted root growth and development. Based on these results, the effects of ethephon on physiology in maize may be divided into two phases-primary and secondary effects.
