汽车变速箱齿轮的高强度优化设计

摘    要:本文为汽车变速箱齿轮设计制订了须要遵从的几何和强度限制条件及希望达到的高强度优化目标。本文研究采用单纯形法和罚函数法解决多约束非线性规划问题,并编制了计算机程序,从而方便地获得了比较理想的设计结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the constraints of geometry and strength that must be sa-tisfied in designing the gears in multispeed geerbox of an automobile are for-mulated, and an objective considering contact- and bending strength are de-fined. This non-linear programming is solved with simplex and penaltyfunction methods, the optimal designing results can be obtained convenientlyby a computer.
