页岩陶砂保温抹面砂浆正交试验分析

摘    要:页岩陶砂保温抹面砂浆具有良好的保温隔热有音等性能。与传统的配制方案不同,从吸水率,抗压强度,孔隙率等因素出发,利用正交试验原理,得出了页压陶砂保温抹面砂浆最佳配比方案。可提高建筑物的保温隔热性能,节约能源,具有较好的经济效应和社会效应。

Abstract:Shale pottery thermal insulation surface mortar has good heat preservation and heat insulation performances.Different from traditional scheme of compounding,setting out from the factors,such as absorbing water rate,compression strength,hole rate, etc.,using orthogonal experiments,we can get the best ratio of its components of the surface mortar,which can improve heat preservation,heat insulation performances,and economize the energy.Therefore,it can bring us better economic effects and social effects.
