摘    要:通过改变65Cr4W3Mo2V钢中Nb的含量,研究了Nb对不同温度淬火回火钢的显微组织和机械性能的影响.结果表明:当加热温度超过1100℃时,随加热温度升高和Nb含量的增加,Nb对晶粒的细化作用越明显;随着Nb含量的增加,钢的机械性能提高,当Nb含量为0.25%(质量百分数,下同)时,作用最明显.

Abstract:The effects of Nb on the microstucture and the mechanical properties of the steels quenched and tempered at different temperature are investigated by changing the content of Nb in 65Cr4W3Mo2V steels.The results show that as the temperature beyond 1100℃,the higher the temperature is and the more the content of Nb is,the more distinctly the grains are refined;the mechanical properties improve with increasing the content of Nb,and when the mass percentage of Nb is 0.25%,the effects on the mechanical properties are most obvious.
