| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代,列宁提出了以“新经济政策”为具体表现形式的关于社会主义经济建设的思想。20世纪70年代末至90年代初,邓小平主要从两方面发展了列宁的思想,既解除了把市场经济和计划经济看作属于社会基本制度范畴的思想束缚,又分析指出了各种非公有制经济形式作为长期性策略的重要性和必要性,强调建立社会主义市场经济体制。

| Abstract: | In the 1920s,Lenin brought about the thoughts of constructing the socialist economy with the specific expressive form of "New Economy Policy";and from the late 1970s to the early 1990s,Deng Xiaoping developed Lenin's thoughts mainly from two aspects,that is he freed the binding of treating market economy and planning economy as belonging to the basic social system,meanwhile he analyzed and showed the significance and importance of all non-state-owned forms being a long-term strategy,emphasizing the establishment of socialist market economy system. |
