| 摘 要： | 对木薯淀粉渣做了大量的实验工作，结果表明：木薯淀粉渣在洞道式干燥器中进行薄层干燥，其干燥曲线为一指数曲线；干燥速率曲线亦为一指数曲线。借助Page1949年提出的薄层干燥模型，归纳出一定条件下的干燥方程，这对进一步研究木薯淀粉查的干燥特性以及其工业干燥过程提供了有效的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, lots of experiments are made to cassava starch dregs, the results show that its drying courses are exponential curse, the drying rate courses also thus, as this material be laid a tunnel-dried. Using the model for thin layered material raised by Page in 1949, the drying equation in the given conditions is concluded. These supply valuable theory basis for more researching its drying characteristic and industry process. |
