| Abstract: | This paper introduces the connotations and characteristics of anti-competitive intelligence,describes in detail the six steps of the course of enterprise's anti-competitive intelligence by using the Miller Model,discusses the relative constructions in aspects of the organization,staff and system needed by enterprise in carrying out anti-competitive intelligence work,and puts forward two problems needing attention in enterprise's anti-competitive intelligence work. |
