| 摘 要： | 创造性人才培养是一项复杂的系统工程，它包括创造性人才培养的动力系统、创造性人才培养的运行系统、创造性人才培养的保障系统，每一个系统又分为更多的子系统。培养创造性人才就是要增强各个系统的功能，促进各个系统之间的交流合作，使其形成一个开放的、有机的、高效的整体。这样，才能造就大量创造性人才，为国家储备人才资源。

| Abstract: | Cultivating the creative personnel is a complex systems engineering which includes the power system, function system and guarantee system. Each of these systems can be divided into more subsystems. This process of cultivation aims to enhance the performance of each system, to promote the communicative cooperation , and then to form a open , organic and efficient integration , thus, to create a huge number of creative personnel and stores the human resource for our nation. |
