试论西安城墙的规划与开发

中国最有代表性的城市是西安，规划西安，发挥古城作用一直是西安人追求的目标。对西安城墙的开发要从理性分析、文化传承、规划策略、城中区等方面人手，要在墙上下功夫，要在城字做文章，把西安建成一个全球华人精神皈依的文化圣地。

Xi'an--the Sacred Cultural Place

Xian is the most representative city in China. To make a developing program for it and to give full play to it as an ancient city has been the pursuit of Xian people. By a rational analysis of the city wall, its cultural heritage, planning strategies, and the inner city areas in Xian, the author expressed his viewpoints about the historical culture and city construction in Xian that the city wall should be focused on in the city's construction, and then to develop Xi'an into a sacred cultural place.
