| 摘 要： | 文化传承创新是大学的重要职能。大学校园文化是学校育人的重要内容,是学校软实力的重要体现,是学校精神的外在表现。加强区域高校文化建设,必须坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为根本,坚持重在建设的基本指导方针,注重历史传承与发展创新相结合,做到发展共性与突出个性相结合,并充分发挥师生在文化建设的生力军作用。

| Abstract: | The cultural inheritance and innovation is the important function of a university.The cultures on campus are the crucial content of cultivating students,the soft power of a university,and the display of a university spirit in the society.Strengthening the cultural construction at regional university must be based on the system of socialist core values and the guidance of focusing on construction through the integration of historical inheritance and innovation so that the developing commonness and prominent individualism can be achieved and the power from the teachers and students will be put into full use. |
