葡萄糖成对电解反应的研究

摘    要:本文探讨葡萄糖在无隔膜电解池中成对电解合成葡萄糖酸和山梨醇的可能性,测定了几种电极材料上的电解效率,结果表明,石墨阳极上生成葡糖酸的电流效率可达100%,普通铅、锌、镍阴极的还原效率很低,海绵状铅对葡萄糖还原有较高的效率。

Abstract:the article invastigates the paired electrolysis of glucose in a undivided Cell to produce glgconic acid and sorbitol. It is shown that the current efficiency for the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid at a graphite anode can be as high as 100%. The current efficiency for the reduction of glucose to sorbitol at ordinary had, zinc and nickel cathodes is low. The sponge lead,however, has a nigher reduction current efficiency.
