砂带磨削温度的试验研究

摘    要:设计了平面砂带磨削中动态磨削温度实时采集和处理微机系统。对砂带磨削时表面层温度分布及工件表面最高温度进行了试验研究。提出了砂带磨削工件表面最高温度的理论计算方法,得出砂带磨削中工件表面层温度分布情况。表面最高温度的变化规律及烧伤产生的区域,为实际生产中预防加工变质层的产生提供了依据。

Abstract:A system of data collecting and handling system was designed for dynamic grinding temperature in surface belt grinding. The peak temperature and distribution of surface temperature in belt grinding were experimentally studied, and a calculating method of peak surface temperature is proposed. The variation of peak temperature, surf ace temperature distribution and burn-off area are thus obtained. which will provide a guide to the prevention of deterioration in practical belt grinding.
