改性沸石的探针反应表征

摘    要:以异丙苯和正十六烷裂解两种特征探针反应对空气中焙烧脱铝、酸洗脱铝与脱铝-再铝化的β沸石样品的活性进行表征,并与正丁胺滴定的结果进行比较,获得了关于β沸石的酸性及其与催化活性相关联的认识。对正十六烷裂解反应和异丙苯裂解反应进行了动力学研究,证明正十六烷裂解是较易进行的、较快的反应,所需催化剂的酸强度较弱。

Abstract:Two feature probe reactions with cracking of cumene and n hexadecane were used to characterize the catalytic activities of dealuminated zeolite beta by calcination in air, dealumination zeolite beta by leaching in HCl solution and of dealuminated realuminated of zeolite beta. Compared with the results of titration of n butylamine, the relevance of acid property to catalytic activity of zeolity beta was acquired. Futhermore, the dynamical mechanism of cracking of cumene and n hexadecane were studied. The results show that cracking reaction of n hexadecane is easier and faster to proceed. The acidity of catalyst that the reaction needed is weaker.
