摘    要:本文用数学方法研究了柴油机活塞顶面上油膜蒸发的一般规律.即利用数值分析 技术在计其机上求解描述活塞顶面上油膜蒸发的微分方程组.首先建立了一个非稳定 的油膜蒸发的数学模型,它由喷在活塞顶面上的油膜的加热和蒸发的微分方程组成。 然后计算出了不同参数值下的作为非稳定的耦合的传热和传质问题的油膜蒸发过程. 并对计算结果进行了较详细的理论分析.计算值在数量级上和变化趋势上基本上与实 测得到的结果吻合。

Abstract:This paper studies the law of the evaporation of fuel film on diesel engine pistons by means of numerical method, The differential equations of the evaporation of fuel film on pistons are solved On an advanced computer. A mathematical model of the inconstant evaporation of fuel film is presented, which consists of the differential equations of the heating and evaporating of fuel film spraying on pistons, The evaporating processes of fuel film the inconstant coupling heat and mass transfer are calculated at various parameters. The calculating results are analysed, Compared with the experiments in other references, the results are reasonable.
