摘    要:通过试验,确定了35CrNi3M0V钢轧辊进行粉末等离子弧喷焊时,WC颗粒向喷焊层过渡的方式和粘接合金材料。提出了喷焊层内WC颗粒与作为粘接剂的镍基合金的合理比例,防止产生裂纹的工艺措施和最佳喷焊工艺参数。

Abstract:With the aid of experiments, the method to decide tranformation of tungsten carbide particle to the spray welding coat and Alloy bond, when spray weld rolling face of 35Cr3M 0V steel by plasma arc are carried out. The optimal ratio of spray welding coat has been developed between the tungsten carbide Particle and alloy nickel bond, technical means to prevent welding carck and optimal technical parameters by plasma are also dealt with.
