以需求为动力重构20世纪80年代重庆老旧住区环境公共空间——以大渡口区跃进住区为例

以重庆主城区大型工矿企业为解决居民住房问题于20世纪80年代初建设的职工住区作为研究对象,通过调查和梳理当下针对这类住区采取的改造方式所存在的缺陷与不足,从住区环境公共空间的形态特征、使用情况和"居民需求"的角度,探讨如何在住区有限的用地条件之下营造满足居民使用需求的公共休闲空间,如何利用住区独特的空间形态并结合其历史文脉提升居民凝聚力,延续住区的场所精神,以期为镌刻着深厚工业印记的山城老旧住区提出可行的环境公共空间优化策略.

On Reconstruction of Old Residential Environment of Chongqing in the 1980s Motivated by Demand---Taking the Yuejin Residential Area of Dadukou District as an Example

With the rapid development of the city,people pay more and more attention to the renewal and transformation of the old residential environment to meet the needs of the residents.In the employee hous-ing area built in the early 1 980''s in the main urban of Chongqing,the housing problems of the workers in large industrial and mining enterprises have been studied in this paper.The defects and shortcomings of this kind of residential area have been investigated and sorted out.From the point of view of the form char-acteristics,according to the residents''demand,how to create a public leisure space to meet the needs of residents in the limited land use and how to use the unique space form of residential area and combine its historical context to enhance the cohesion of the residents have been explored,which could continue to live in the spirit of the district.A feasible environment public space optimization strategy for the old residential district was proposed.
