补充白刺多糖联合有氧运动对衰老大鼠心肌和骨骼肌的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究递增负荷有氧运动结合补充白刺多糖对衰老大鼠心肌和骨骼肌的保护作用.方法:选取50只老年SD(Sprague-Dawley)雄性大鼠(18月龄),随机分为老年对照组、老年运动组、老年运动补充白刺多糖组(不同剂量:100mg/kg·d,200mg/kg·d,300mg/kg·d,每组10只);选取青年SD雄性大鼠(3月龄)10只为对照组.老年运动组和老年运动补充白刺多糖组在进行10周训练后,分别测定6组大鼠的血流动力学参数,血清中过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及骨骼肌脂褐素、骨骼肌细胞凋亡数等有关指标.结果:递增负荷有氧运动使大鼠机体的血流动力学参数、血清中抗氧化效应、骨骼肌脂褐素和骨骼肌细胞凋亡数都有所改善,补充白刺多糖后上述指标比老年运动组有显著改善.结论:白刺多糖结合递增负荷有氧运动可有效保护衰老大鼠的心肌和骨骼肌,有助于延缓衰老.

Abstract:To investigate the protective effect of polysaccharides (PS)isolated from NitrariatangutorumBo-br on myocardium and skeletal muscle during incremental aerobic exercise in aging rats,50 elderly male SD rats (18-month-old)have randomly been divided into 5 groups:control group,exercise group,exercise groups with PS supplement in three dose regimens:100mg/kg·d,200 mg/kg·d and 300 mg/kg·d.The other 10 SD male rats (3-month-old)have been arranged as the youth control group.After 10 weeks of ex-ercise training,all rats have separately been measured hemodynamic parameters,the myocardium activity of CAT,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA,skeletal muscle lipofuscin and apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells.Results show that increasing load of aerobic training significantly improves hemodynamic parameters.Activity of CAT,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA,skeletal muscle lipofuscin and skeletal muscle cell apoptosis.Compared with exercise group,the parameters more significantly improve in exercise groups with PS supplement.Conclusion is that the supplement of PS can protect the myocardial and skeletal muscle of elderly rats and delay their senility.
