| Abstract: | The fluorescent properties of rare-earth coordination compounds and the time scales of spectroscopic events and their relations with each other were discussed in this paper. A reasoning method was introduced to simplify some complex problems, such as the spectroscopic properties of rare-earth coordination compounds by compared their time scales of the spectroscopic events relativity. |
