热网的状态监控与优化管理

摘    要:为提高我国中小型热电厂控制水平和运行效益,建立了一套比较通用的电厂热力系统状态监控及优化调度的计算机控制系统。利用计算机集散控制系统、微机与可编程控制器,完成对热网的控制与优化。系统软件以Windows为运行环境,采用模块化编程和方便快捷的实时优化方法,具有广泛的适用性。该系统具有方便快捷的运行平台和良好的人机界面,可在大范围内采集数据和执行调度结果,能够方便地组态应用于各种不同类型的热力系统。系统已在无锡双河尖热电厂成功应用

Abstract:In medium and small sized thermal power plants of China, control level falls behind and operation benefit is low. To counter this fact, a relatively general state monitoring and control, optimizing management system of thermal power systems using computer is established. The system makes the most of computers having good interfaces, and can collect data and operate order in a large range. The system can be used in different, kinds of thermal power systems by simple configuration. This system has been applied to Shuanghejian thermal power plant in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.
