摘    要:简单概述了点焊电极材料的性能要求及发展趋势。综述了Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料的各种制备工艺及研究进展,对喷雾干燥法制备Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料进行了详细的阐述。着重分析了Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料发展过程中遇到的问题,并对其今后的研制方向作了进一步的展望。

Abstract:The developing tendency of alumina dispersion strengthened copper composite is briefly summarized.All kinds of methods and traits fabricated Cu-Al2O3 composites are described,and the method of alumina dispersion strengthened copper composite by Spray Drying is described in detail.The problems existing in Cu-Al2O3 composites fabricated by these methods are analyzed,and the prospect for the development of Cu-Al2O3 composites is made.
