摘    要:随着电信行业的重组及全业务时代的到来,三大运营商的市场竞争愈演愈烈。3G业务的开展、品牌建设的推进、服务力的提升将是未来运营商竞争与发展的关键。本文从市场经营现状、产品特色发展以及服务体系建设等方面对电信运营商未来发展方向进行了研究,并提出了一些建议。

Abstract:With the reconstruction of telecom industry and the coming of full-service times,the market competition among three telecom operators is becoming more and more furious.The development of 3G service,the promotion of brand building and the improvement of service ability will be the key point of competition and development for the telecom operators in future.From the status of market operation,the development of product feature and the construction of service system,this paper discusses the development direction of telecom operators,and puts forward some suggestions.
