摘    要:应用Volterra级数研究了弱非线性网络的分析方法,建立了高频晶体管的非线性Voltera模型,计算了BP机高频放大器的三阶互调失真,成功地设计了高线性度的高频放大器,这一研究方法同样适用于其他弱非线性电路的研制

Abstract:This paper studies how to analyze a weakly nonlinear circuit using Volterra series, make a nonlinear Volterra model of a high frequency transistor, and calculate the third order intermodulation in a Beeper high frequency amplifier. This way can be used in designing other weakly nonlinear circuits in order to have highly linear high frequency amplifier.
