女大学生思想政治工作的变化走向

高师院校女大学生在心理素质上普遍存在焦虑、自卑、人际关系紧张、自我心理调适能力不强等问题。究其原因,有理想与现实的冲突、对女大学生的偏见与歧视、心理健康教育滞后、女政工干部相对薄弱等方面。因此,必须紧密结合女大学生心理健康状况,建立高素质的思想政治工作者队伍,树立大德育观,以人为本,把握好高师院校女大学生思想政治工作的变化走向。

The Trend of the Teachers College Female Students'Ideological Work from the Psychological State

Female students in teachers college universally have some psychologicalproblems, such as anxiety,inferiority,tense human relations, weak self-psychological accommodativeabilities and so on. There are a few of reasons, which include the conflict of the ideal and the reality, the suffering of the prejudice and the discrimination, the lag of the psychological healthy education, and the shortage of the female ideological cadres. Therefore, we must closely link the female students'psychological state, build a higher political work team, set up moral education views and grasp the trend of the female students ideological work.
