河流生态径流量计算方法的改进

摘    要:用逐月最小生态径流计算法、逐月频率计算法和Tennant法计算了伊河和洛河的生态径流量,并在此基础上提出了适用于我国北方中小型河流生态径流量计算的一些改进方法:改变连续历时时段计算法、逐月次最小(大)生态径流计算法、确定河流生态径流量上界的参照法和逐月频率计算的综合法.分析结果表明,对于中国北方像伊河和洛河这样流量不是很大但年际和年内变化较为剧烈的河流,采用改进方法确定其河流生态径流量更有利于河流的生态保护.

Abstract:The monthly minimum ecological runoff calculation method,monthly frequency calculation method and Tennant method were applied to the Yi River and Luo River.Based on these methods,some improved methods were proposed for ecological runoff calculation in middle-size and small rivers in Northern China,such as a calculation method with a changing continuous duration period,a monthly secondminimum or second-maximum ecological runoff calculation methods,a reference method to determine the upper bound of the instream ecological runoff and a synthetic method to determine monthly frequency.The results show that the ecological runoff calculated by these improved methods is useful in the ecological protection of rivers with low amounts of water and drastic interannual and annual variation.
