高效高精度蜗杆砂轮磨齿的二类界限分析

摘    要:从空间交叉轴齿轮啮合原理出发,深入研究了蜗杆砂轮被创成和修整时与修剪母轮之间的瞬时接触线的形成及运动规律,并推导出不产生二类界限的条件,以避免磨齿时二类界限产生的干涉影响被加工齿轮的精度。

Abstract:Based on the principle of space-crossing axial gear engagement,the instantaneous contact lines between worm-grinding-wheel and master werestudied in dressing process. The conditions that no second type bound takesplace was derived so as to find the possibility of avoiding the interference ofsecond type bound with the precision of ground gear in grinding process.
