| Abstract: | In the general volleyball course,we can regard training the students' ability of study independently as a basis according to the comparing and analying,the result shows:The teaching of study independently can make the students be interested in learning and learn for the initiative. It can also take shape the sports technical ability quickly, and the method of teaching now is better than the traditional one. |
