灰口铸铁组织的优化与性能

以片状石墨非裂隙的观点，从灰口铸铁拉伸时Ｇ／ｍ界面及基体微力学行为，联系到Ｇ／ｍ界面强化及基体强韧化，设计了以Ｍｓｈ包围石墨及（Ｆ＋Ｍ）双相钢基体的灰口铸铁优化组织，测得其性能与预期的吻合，性能有显著提高．

Optimized Microstructure and Properties of Grey Cast Iron

Tacking the view point of treating plate graphite as non-crack, from the micro-mechanical behaviours of matrix and G-m interface to associate with the G-m interfacial strenthening and matrix strengthening and toughening, we design the optimized microstructure of grey cast iron with a M sh encapsulated G and F+M dual-phase steel matrix, of which the tested properties, as expected, are improved obviously, compared with similar type of iron now available.
