高职院校工学交替培养模式的浅思考

在当前时期,一方面社会对高技能应用型人才的需求迅速增长,国家对包括高职教育的职业教育日益重视,高职院校迎来了非常难得的发展机遇,一方面高职院校经过十多年的高速发展,传统教育培养模式的弊端日益显现,高职院校的教育模式急需改革和发展。正是在此背景下,国家教育部提出将工学交替作为职业教育培养模式改革的主要方向,本文对工学交替的主要含义和特点作了基本介绍,并对高职院校实行工学交替必须解决的主要问题及解决思路给出作者的思考。
