| Abstract: | This paper mainly decusses a certain partial differential equation for the fourth order,
first and foremost constructs the elementary solution through the medium of the
characteristic conoid function,and next to descusses the mean value properties of solutions
for this equation by means of the fundamental formular and the elementary solution. |
