摘    要:经理是风险企业的舵手,确定对其的最优激励政策和最优解聘时机对风险企业的经营乃至风险投资业的发展具有重要影响.文章运用动态规划方法,在确定对风险企业经理的最优激励政策的基础上,提出了最优激励政策下经理的最优解聘时机模型,并进行仿真分忻,将为风险投资家合理使用管理人才提供理论参考。

Abstract:The manager is the steersman of a venture enterprise. It possesses an important effect to determine the optimal incentive policy and optimal dismission time to the manager in the venture enterprise on the operation of the venture enterprise, even on the development of venture capital industry. Based on determining the optimal incentive policy to the manager of venture enterprise, the paper presents a model of optimal dismission time to the manager using the dynamic programming method under the optimal incentive policy to him and simulation results are given, which will provide venture capitalists with theoretic reference to employ the managers reasonablely.
