| 摘 要： | 用HPLC法分离测定了不同种属、产地及年限的麻黄草的主要成分，根据17批供试品溶液HPLC图谱给出的相关参数建立了麻黄药材的指纹图谱，并用向量模算法对麻黄指纹图谱进行了解析．结果表明，用向量模算法能够很好地区分不同种属、不同部位的麻黄，同时也能体现不同采收季节和存储时间的麻黄的差异性，从而为麻黄指纹图谱的解析提供了一种新的研究方法．

| Abstract: | This paper has set up the fingerprints of the ephedrine by HPLC relevant parameters of 17 batches, and applied the vector norm to analysis it. The result shows the ephedrine of different kinds and different positions can be very good differentiation by using the vector norm, and it also can reflect its difference to different ephedrine with gathering season and storing time at the same time, thus it offers a kind of new research approach for analysis of the fingerprint of ephedrine. |
