铅及铅锌联合对小白鼠学习记忆行为的影响

摘    要:以小白鼠为实验对象,用跳台实验和水迷宫实验作为检测手段,观察了铅和铅锌联合对小白鼠学习记忆行为的影响.结果表明,铅可导致学习记忆能力下降,锌对铅所导致的记忆障碍有一定的改善作用.

Abstract:To explore whether Zinc can ameliorate Lead-induced disorders of learning and memory,the ability of learning and memory in mice exposed to Lead and treated with combined Zinc and Lead were examined using step-down test and water maze test.The results showed the grade in aforementioned tests in mice treated with combined Zine and Lead was higher significantly than in mice exposed to Lead.These data suggested that Zinc can prevent or reverse disorders of leaning and memory induced by Lead.
